RESTRICTIONS

TERMINATION

The action may include the removal of the content. Ethio telecom’s duties are defined by the scope of this agreement only. There are no other duties for efficiency or nonperformance.

ADDITIONAL/OPTIONAL FEATURES

If Ethio telecom decides to offer new or optional features, these will automatically become part of this agreement. END-USER ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT DUTY

To access Telesign services end users must create an account. End users have the duty of protecting any personally identifiable information, including but not limited to first and last names, username and password, or various other details of a personal nature (“Personal Data”) gotten from the site. End user disclosure of any personal data obtained from the website might result in the immediate termination of the end user account. Ethio telecom additional reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts and remove or edit Content at its sole discernment. This encompasses the software, code, and any related innovations. Conversely, Ethio Telecom holds exclusive ownership and control over the branding elements of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, the platform’s name, Contents, logo, trademarks, and all associated marketing and promotional materials.

The use of the website by the end-user does not grant any rights or licenses to use service marks or trademarks without obtaining prior written permission from the respective service mark or trademark owner. End user is solely responsible for the full and timely payment of all fees associated with the use of Telesign offerings. We may need to change fees from time to time, and we will let you know in advance when we do.

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Both end user and Etho telecom agree to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information exchanged, whether intentionally or unintentionally, and to return such information to the disclosing party. Confidential information shall be defined as non-public or proprietary information in any form disclosed by or on behalf of either party that is either marked “confidential” or that a reasonable party would deem to be confidential by the circumstances under which it is disclosed.

WARAANTY
Ethio telecom does warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or materials on this website. This website and all information, content, materials, products (including software), and services provided on or through this website are provided “as is” and “as available” with warranty of any kind.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTED RESOLUTIONS

Any claim relating to Telesign.et website shall be governed by the laws of Ethiopia without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and end user consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Any dispute that cannot be addressed in small claims court will be resolved through binding and confidential arbitration, in accordance with Ethiopian law.

The end-user acknowledges that this arbitration clause indicates that the parties agree to resolve disputes either through small claims court or arbitration. By doing so, both parties waive the right to pursue litigation in court or to have a trial in front of a judge or jury. This clause is fully applicable permitted by Ethiopian law.

If this dispute resolution clause is found to be unenforceable, either in part or in full, by a court of competent jurisdiction then parties agree that all legal proceedings will occur in accordance with Ethiopian law.
